Questions about Finights, your account, your data or a subscription? Email us and a person will reply.
To help us find your account, please write from the email address you signed in with, or include it in your message. Never send us your banking username, password or full card numbers.
Support
For help with a bank connection, a forecast that looks wrong, or anything else in the app, email us with a short description and, if you can, a screenshot. You'll also find a link to contact us in the app's settings.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. To cancel, open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy and your data
You can delete your account from the app's settings. To ask about your personal information, or to make a request under Canadian privacy law, email us. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
